  • How can I make an appointment?

    You can book an appointment online here or contact us directly via text (213) 407-0628 or email info@isawellness.co to schedule.

    A credit card will be required to hold the appointment for first-time patients & booking fee will be made at the time of scheduling. Payment for treatment service will not be made until the end of the appointment.

    Prices are marked at a cash discount of 3.5% so you are instantly saving if paying with cash. If paying with a card, a 3.5% cash discount will not be applied and the difference will be added to your purchase.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For all appointments, a non-refundable $75 booking fee is required to schedule an appointment. This is a “rollover” deposit and will continue to roll over to protect the next appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once. This one-time reschedule is a courtesy as long as it is done within our 48-hour window policy. A new booking fee will be required for patients who provide less than 48-hour notice. Any no-shows will result in a no-show charge of 50% of the cost of treatment service and may not be allowed to rebook.

  • What happens on my first appointment?

    We require all new patients to receive a full comprehensive consultation prior to any treatment. During your first appointment, the consultation will take approximately 30 min-1 hour where we will go over your concerns, assess what you may potentially be a candidate for and together curate a personalized treatment plan and timeline. We recommend patients to complete their initial treatment plan before revisiting for their 6 month and annual maintenance treatment appointment.

  • Why do I need a consultation first?

    They say you can’t build a house without a blueprint. A full comprehensive consultation is required for all patients in order to curate personalized treatment plans.

    We take into account patient concerns, natural features, signs of aging to determine treatment candidacy. We are far from a cookie-cutter approach as there is no one and done treatment. We provide yearly customized treatment plans that help create loving long-term relationships with our patients so that they can feel good inside and out!

  • Do I have to take photos?

    Absolutely. It is a disservice to you if we do not measure your progress. We require all patients to take photos before and after treatments. Photos speak strongly to our work so we can continue to serve you. At this time we only accept patients that allow us to take photos with the option to share them.

    Our primary concern is to help your true inner self shine by improving anti-aging and promoting a self-love wellness lifestyle. Through our treatments and extra care that we put into each treatment, we help you rediscover your self confidence that you've always had but maybe just needed to be dusted off.
